There are several banks available in Seville downtown, all of them have available ATM's and offer money exchange services.
Banco Santander Central Hispano ( BSCH ) and Banco Blibao Vizcaya ( BBVA ) are the largest banks in Spain.

Cash Machines (ATM's): ATM's accept common debit and credit cards like VISA, MASTER CARD and AMEX. They usually charges you 3-4 euros ( depends of the money amount ) every time you take money from them.
Credit cards are accepted at shops, gas stations restaurants, etc.
The euro (currency sign: €; banking code: EUR) is the official currency of the European Union member states of Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, also known as the Eurozone.
Avoid to exchange your money at currency exchange offices because the rates are really high. The best way to exchange cash is at the bank or take money from an ATM ( don't forget the currency rate and the commission ).
